MTN Super League defending champions ZESCO United will this Wednesday face league promoted side Kafue Celtic in a week five fixture scheduled for Edwin Imboela stadium, Lusaka.
The 2020/21 league champions have thus claimed six points from their opening two games.
ZESCO United Head Coach Numba Mumamba was elated with his sides recent victory against Indeni in the famous Ndola derby which saw the league champions beat their rivals 2-0.
“This was a crucial game playing a local derby against Indeni. They gave us a good game and provided massive resistance. The good thing is that we have won the game,” Mumamba said.
Mumamba will be expecting his charges to continue their current winning trajectory as they prepare to face Kafue Celtic.
“We are happy getting six points from two games. It is something that we should continue doing so t6hat we can get maximum points before we go on break.”
