Having labored in front of goal for most part of the first half the season, the champions haven’t hesitated to reinforce the squad with the recent signing of Miguel Pedro from Trident football club.
Pedro will be expected to lead ZESCO United frontline as the champions rekindle their hopes cantering away with the league title for the 10th time.
ZESCO United are still religiously active in the transfer window and will be hoping to consolidate the squad before the transfer market ends.
Club Head coach Numba Mumamba will be rallying his side to overturn last years 2-1 defeat at the hands of Red Arrows when the two teams met in the first leg of the season at the Levy Mwanawasa stadium, Ndola.
