ZESCO UNITED TARGET NKWAZI

Zambia Super League champions ZESCO United will tomorrow faceoff against the Zambia Police Service sponsored side, Nkwazi in the MTN Super League week 16 fixture scheduled for the Levy Mwanawasa stadium.

On Wednesday, ZESCO United got a huge lifeline following their 0-1 victory against Lusaka Dynamos in a match played at the MTN Woodlands stadium.

The champions are fully aware of the risks of dropping points with the Absa cup qualification not yet realized.

Coach Numba Mumamba will be hoping Wednesday’s victory against Dynamos has reinvigorated that teams winning spirit.

Mumamba may return his back four for tomorrows encounter which include Adrian Chama, John Chishimba, Samson Mkandawire, and Solomon Sakala.

Ian Otieno is likely to position himself between the sticks while Gregory Sanjase will be deployed as the Kenyan’s deputy.

Dickson Chapa may return his position just behind the attacking midfielders while Kelvin Kampamba, Spencer Sautu, Chanda Mukuka and Tafadzwa Rusike may be deployed to lead the charge upfront.

ZESCO United veteran striker Winston Kalengo may make a return after being rested on Wednesday.

Kalengo is likely to be supported upfront by Jesse Were, Chitiya Mususu in unlocking the visitor’s backline.
