ZESCO United Football Club Team Ya Ziko
Ndola, (Tuesday, 6th October, 2020)-ZESCO United Football Club management has expressed sadness at the passing on of Football Association of Zambia (FAZ) Vice President and FIFA Instructor, Rix Mweemba.
Club Chief Executive Officer(CEO), Richard Mulenga has described the death of Mweemba as a big loss to both the domestic and international game.
“It is with profound sadness that I learned of the tragic passing on of the Football Association of Zambia (FAZ) Vice President, Rix Mweemba.
On behalf of ZESCO United Football Club management, I wish to extend our deepest condolences to the Football Association of Zambia and most importantly, to Mr Mweemba’s family, friends and loved ones. It is my hope that, in some way, our words of support may help bring some peace and solace in this time of sadness,” Mulenga said.
