ZESCO UNITED CONGRATULATES MUMBA AND KAMANGA

Ndola, (Sunday, 28th February, 2021)– ZESCO United Football Club Management has congratulated former club Chief Executive Officer, Justin Mumba for scooping the position of vice presidency at yesterday Football Association of Zambian (FAZ) elective Annual General Meeting (AGM) held at the Fairmount Hotel in Livingstone.

Mumba amassed 55 votes beating his closest rival Gideon Mwenya of Konkola Mine Police who received 31 votes while Lunga Mandona got 0 votes.

And ZESCO United Chief Executive Officer, Richard Mulenga has congratulated Mumba for emerging victorious at the just ended elections.

“It is with great joy that we receive your election victory and your ascendance to the position of FAZ vice president. We have faith in your abilities to take the Zambian game to greater heights. On behalf of ZESCO United Football Club Management, we wish you the best of luck in your new role,” Mulenga said.

Mulenga has further congratulated, FAZ president, Andrew Kamanga on his re-election.

“We further wish to congratulate the FAZ president, Andrew Kamanga for securing another four year term in office.”

Kamanga was re-elected yesterday for a second four year term at the FAZ elective AGM after polling 57 votes beating his only challenger, Emmanuel Munaile who received 29 votes.
