ZESCO United Football Club Team Ya Ziko
ZESCO United will this afternoon face Napsa Stars in a preseason friendly game scheduled for Ndola’s Trade Fair Grounds.
The Ndola based league giants will clash with the 2022 Absa Cup champions in a double header with the first match starting at 13:00 while the second and final game kicks-off at 15:00.
Mumamba Numba will be using this friendly to further assess his squad following the return of several of his key players who were away on national duties.
Like Numba, Napsa Stars Head Coach, Perry Mutapa will be hoping to see a solid performance from his team ahead of next weeks Charity Shield curtain-raiser match against Red Arrows.
ZESCO United begin their 2022/23 football season on August 20, with an away match to Prison Leopards.
