UNITED SHIFT BASE TO LIVINGSTONE

With only eleven days to go before the Zambian Super League resume, ZESCO United have intensified preparations ahead of what promises to be an exciting second round of the 2022/23 league campaign.

The ninetimes Zambian league champions have today shifted base from Ndola to the tourist capital, Livingstone for a five-day retreat.

ZESCO United Head Coach George Lwandamina hopes to use the five days to reinvigorate his side after a disappointing first half of the campaign.

The five days will also be part of a team building process for Lwandamina and company since the veteran gaffer took over the wheels at ZESCO United.

United have not been on break since the Zambian FA granted league teams a three-weeks breather after an intensive first half of the season.

ZESCO United open the second round of the league campaign with a mouthwatering home fixture against Kabwe based Prison Leopards.
