Marcel Kalonda has officially left ZESCO United to join Kabwe Warriors after spending 4-years with the 2020/21 Zambian Super League champions.
The two clubs reached an agreement today which will see the 23-year-old Congolese defender return to Warriors where he initially made his name before being prized away from Railway grounds by ZESCO United.
Kalonda becomes the second foreign player to leave ZESCO United days after the club released Kenyan international striker, John Makwata.
Meanwhile ZESCO United yesterday unveiled the signing of 19-year-old exciting winger, Edward Lungu from Kitwe United.
Lungu penned a 3-year contract agreement with the league champions making him the clubs first signing before the start of the new league campaign.
