ZESCO United acting General Secretary Milupi Libi has urged club players to maintain their recent winning trajectory in the MTN Zambian Super League.
The league defending champions have thus far collected nine points from the last three games.
Libi who was recently appointed club acting CEO, has urged the team to beat Kafue Celtics in Saturday’s home match scheduled for the Levy Mwanawasa stadium, Ndola.
“We are all delighted and encouraged by the recent performance from the team. This is a good sign that we are heading in the right direction. Our job is to keep encouraging them so that this momentum can be maintained.
“We have another key game on Saturday against Kafue Celtics. It is another good opportunity for us to collect maximum points.”
ZESCO United currently sit in second position on the league table with 37 points, five points behind the leaders, Red Arrows.
