We have had joint CSR in Ndola community with ZESCO United. We also engaged in financial literacy not only with the players but the communities as well.
“It is important for Atlasmara to engage with the communities where we do business. Ndola is our home, it is where our first branch for Atlasmara then Finance Bank was opened as such it is an important city for us. We are always proud to give back to the community.”
Ngondo has further commended ZESCO United Football Club management for the professional standards the club has continued to uphold.
“This is a very important partnership for Atlasmara Bank. We are now in the 5th year of this partnership. We started in the 2017/2018 football season when ZESCO United came and pitched the availability of this partnership.
“ZESCO United is a household name not just in football but also the general public. The utility company is of course a big household name. What really struck us was the level of professionalism of the club. And we had shared values in terms partnership, respect and integrity and of course the ability to deliver. It was really a match made in heaven. We didn’t hesitate to jump on board.
What has followed is history. It has been a trophy laden 5-years. Everywhere we have pretty match won the league comfortably and represented the country in the confederation of African football league where even reached the semi-final at one point which is a milestone. We are happy with this partnership.”
